2010 Customer Visit Review

From February 22 to 27, 2010, our valued global strategic partner extended a warm invitation to our company’s boss for a special tour across the United States and Europe. This visit served as a crucial bridge to strengthen our bilateral cooperation, deepen mutual understanding, and lay a solid foundation for future collaboration. Throughout the six-day visit, our team was warmly received by the customer, who expressed great satisfaction with our company’s product quality and on-time delivery performance—two core pillars that have long underpinned our cooperative relationship.


During the visit, we had in-depth face-to-face communications with the customer’s quality manager and production manager. The discussions focused on optimizing product quality control processes, addressing potential technical issues, and enhancing production coordination to further improve delivery efficiency. Both parties exchanged practical experiences and put forward constructive suggestions, which not only resolved existing minor concerns but also aligned our work rhythms more closely. It was a fruitful dialogue that reinforced our mutual trust and laid the groundwork for smoother cooperation ahead.

During the visit, Vice President Li took the lead in reviewing the cooperation achievements in 2009 with the customer. Both sides summarized the fruitful results of the past year, analyzed the strengths and areas for improvement in our cooperation, and expressed their appreciation for the mutual support throughout the year. In addition, they had in-depth discussions on forecasting the global economic situation and future market demand, exchanging insights and judgments to better grasp industry trends and adjust cooperation strategies accordingly.


Meanwhile, Sales Manager Xie and Director Deng comprehensively updated the customer on Multech’s latest marketing strategy and enhanced service capabilities. They detailed our new market expansion plans, optimized product lines, and improved after-sales service systems, demonstrating our company’s strong strength and determination to provide better support for our partner.
