With a board thickness of 2.0 mm and 1 OZ copper, it is necessary to evaluate the interlayer alignment accuracy during the lamination process in advance to avoid the risk of via misalignment in thick-board HDI designs.
This substrate has an extremely low moisture absorption rate, making it suitable for the humid, high- and low-temperature environments typical of industrial control applications.
