Product Advantages:

The‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌ substrate uses FR4 TG170: It has great heat resistance and dimensional stability, so works very well to prevent the warping and delamination of the layers when the power module is operating at very high temperature and high frequency. It can keep the stable functioning of the circuit even if operation is going on for a long time without interruption.

1oz copper foil thickness: It is a copper foil with 12 oz thickness. Normally 1 oz copper foil is used which has limitation for high current carrying capability. Such limitation is taken care by using 2 oz copper foil in power electronics modules. This new feature increases the copper thickness by 2 times i.e. 24 oz. Changing to such a copper foil reduces the resistance that leads to lesser generation of heat and increase in the capacity to carry current. So it becomes very easy to satisfy the requirement of the device that carry high current load of power modules. This helps in saving power which might have otherwise lost in heat and the overall efficiency of energy conversion is increased.

3/3 mil fine trace width and spacing: We have made use of a very dense layout for the routing to be able to achieve placement of assembly and interconncetion of more functional elements on one PCB by making use of the limited space available. This also means that various design changes towards smaller and lighter for the products would in future be complemented well by the support that storage capacity small and light size PCB design would ‍‌‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‌provide.
