Our 18-layer rigid-flex PCBs are better than normal rigid PCBs and simple flexible PCBs, which makes better performance to network infrastructure.
It's made specifically for new-generation network equipment, it also uses sturdy FR4 TG170 rigid material with 4mil flexible FPC. This special hybrid design doesn't need the large connectors, it fits perfectly inside compact, intricately structured routers, switches and core servers.
As the core component of the network system, it can achieve higher circuit integration, faster data transmission speed and longer service life for the equipment that carries critical network services.
