With a 4/4mil line width and line space design, the PCB supports high-density circuit layouts. It allows more advanced sensors to be integrated smoothly and enables accurate, real-time data processing for medical devices.

Adopting 2oz copper thickness and 2U'' ENIG surface finish, our boards feature stable conductivity, strong corrosion resistance and good solderability. They maintain consistent and dependable performance even under long-term and high-frequency medical usage conditions.

This advanced testing technology uses high-resolution imaging to detect micro-defects such as trace misalignment, open circuits, and solder anomalies that could compromise device functionality. Beyond AOI, we conduct electrical performance testing, including continuity checks and insulation resistance measurements, to validate signal integrity under simulated clinical conditions.
