This advanced testing technology uses high-resolution imaging to detect micro-defects such as trace misalignment, open circuits, and solder anomalies that could compromise device functionality. Beyond AOI, we also use electrical performance to test, including continuity checks and insulation resistance measurements, to imitate signal integrity under simulated clinical conditions.
