Custom-built for aerospace and other high-standard reliability scenarios, this PCB comes with a 2.2mm finished thickness and 10oz (approximately 350um) ultra-heavy copper foil. It combines exceptional high-current load capacity and strong thermal stress resistance to serve rigorous high-power working conditions. The 10oz thick copper structure supports hundreds of amperes of current, while its large copper coverage accelerates heat dissipation and curbs excessive temperature rise, fully meeting strict power distribution and precision power control demands.
We adopt high-Tg FR4 or polyimide substrate materials, paired with precise, standardized process control. This guarantees steady electrical performance and solid mechanical strength, even under extreme temperatures, continuous vibration and high humidity environments. We can also support customized aerospace-grade compliance, including AS9100 and IPC-6012 Class 3 certifications. It serves as a dependable core component for critical equipment such as satellite power systems, airborne radar devices and flight control systems.

This structure offers over 1.5 times greater fatigue resistance against vibration and shock compared with standard PCBs, making heavy copper boards the preferred solution for automotive and aerospace electronic systems. In professional vibration tests ranging from 10–2000Hz with 20G acceleration for automotive radar equipment, 2oz heavy copper PCBs achieved a solder joint failure rate of only 0.1%, far outperforming 1oz boards at 1.2%.
In addition, the large-area ground copper layer effectively lowers ground impedance to ≤5mΩ and greatly suppresses electromagnetic interference (EMI). A real-case application with a medical device manufacturer verified that switching to 10oz heavy copper PCBs raised the product EMC test pass rate from 70% to 95%.
