Product Description:
Our 6oz heavy copper PCB is built specifically for high-power and high-current equipment. It has a full copper thickness of 210μm, much thicker than regular PCBs which only come with 0.5–2oz copper. This heavy copper design allows the board to run steady continuous current at tens of amperes or more, making it highly reliable for demanding high-power working conditions.
We use high-quality FR4 and high-Tg base materials, combined with professional plating and precise etching processes. These proven production methods ensure the thick copper layers bond tightly to the substrate, while keeping the board thermally stable under long-term operation. Compared with standard PCBs, our 6oz heavy copper boards control temperature better, dissipate heat faster, and offer a much longer service life.

Q:How can i know the processing about my PCBA order?
