Product Description:
The 4L Flex PCB is built with an aluminum stiffener and is therefore very suitable for consumer electronics, automotive systems, and precision modules. The thickness of this PCB is 0.4 mm ± 0.05 mm (PI substrate for flexibility, aluminum for stability). It features 8/8mil line width/space, 1oz finished copper for uniform signal transmission, ENIG (2U") surface finish and minimum 18um hole copper that offers excellent corrosion resistance and connectivity. The two sides have been coated with a yellow solder mask and a white silkscreen. Being a Class 3 IPC compliant, the quality is guaranteed by 100% AOI testing and the company has acquired the certifications of ISO 9001, CQC, ISO/TS16949, and RoHS in order to meet high-demand situations.
