Product Description
The Double-sided Flexible Printed Circuit (FPC) Board is a high-performance, cost-effective solution for the interconnection of consumer electronics, home appliances, and network equipment. The board is very thin, only 0.2 mm thick in total, with a 2 mil (0.05 mm) PI substrate, which makes it very flexible and at the same time capable of double-sided component mounting and routing density. A 0.8 mm selective polyimide (PI) stiffener is used to provide mechanical reinforcement for connectors, heavy components, or mounting zones.
The board comes with an ENIG (2 μin gold) surface finish to ensure excellent solderability and corrosion resistance, and a yellow solder mask for visually easy inspection and color coding. Produced under stringent quality controls – 100% AOI testing – and ISO 9001, CQC, ISO/TS16949, and ROHS certified, this FPC is perfect for reliable, high-volume production in harsh conditions.

High Flexibility with Dual Routing Layers - The 0.2 mm ultra-thin structure and a 2 mil PI base enable dynamic bending and folding. Besides, double-sided circuitry makes it possible to cram more components in the same size board.
