This 8-layer rigid-flex circuit board features superior quality materials, and its production method is quite sophisticated. It is capable of offering various features support to the most advanced class of electronic devices. We have employed resin filling technique on this circuit board. The method used guarantees a very good signal transmission and the board is well equipped to combat the corrosion effect. The PCB comprises TG170 material together with two pieces of PP. The material imparts the PCB with good heat resistance and mechanical stability, so it is the suitable one to be used in harsh environment conditions.
While the impedance PCB has the size of 340*249 MM and the smallest diameter of a hole is 0.2 MM, because of the high accuracy and high density of integration, it can serve a wide range of electronic devices.
