Product Description:
10L 4.3mm Thickness Press-fit Holes PCB is a super reliable type of printed circuit board that is made specifically for the use of consumer, home and network applications. This PCB is manufactured with FR4 base material and TG170 and it has a finished board thickness of 4.3mm that is capable of maintaining excellent mechanical stability and heat resistance.
The 4.3mm thick PCB has press-fit holes for a firm mounting of the components. Besides being ENIG (2μinch) surface treated, the PCB also has green solder mask and white silkscreen which means it has excellent resistance to corrosion and identification is very clear. It has outer layer copper thickness of 47.5μm and inner layer of 35μm. In addition to these, the minimum hole copper thickness is 25μm. It is manufactured according to IPC Class 3 acceptance standards and before releasing the product it undergoes 100% AOI inspection as a measure to ensure the quality of the product.
